Jared and Jill Mortensen launched Real Men Apparel Company in 2021 in Wichita, Kansas. Every Real Men design comes from Jared, who studied thousands of underwear products worldwide and combined advanced design principles with premium, dynamic fabrics. Decades spent in supply chain, design, operations, and finance, across pet products (Petmate, Cosmic Pet), aerospace (Textron, Boeing, Spirit AeroSystems), and chemicals (Koch Industries), now go into groundbreaking underwear that at last suits the unique bodies of men.
Today the Real Men crew is bigger, with extra teammates based in North Carolina, Bolivia, and the Philippines, plus more in Kansas (2 of the 7 Mortensen sons among them).
